OKR training for various certification exams (including OKRPC, OKROC, and OKRAC) should ideally be conducted in classrooms or through virtual instructor-led sessions. Every OKRstudy™ faculty member must be an expert in the specific OKRstudy™ certification they are teaching and thoroughly familiar with the concepts in the OKRBOK™ Guide. It is also essential for faculty members to be effective teachers, possess strong soft skills to handle various classroom situations, and consistently deliver high-quality training.
Once trainers meet these requirements, they must apply to OKRstudy™ to become accredited trainers, specifying the details of the A.T.P. they are affiliated with. Upon approval, they will be certified as "OKRstudy Certified Trainer (OKRCT)" and awarded an accreditation certificate, making them eligible to train students for OKRstudy™ certifications. Trainers should conduct training only for the A.T.P.s with whom they are associated.
To ensure a high-quality learning experience, trainers must consistently receive positive student feedback. OKRstudy™ will regularly collect feedback from students attending classes conducted by OKRstudy™ A.T.P.s.
Trainers receiving unfavorable feedback must improve their course delivery, or their accreditation as an OKRCT may be revoked. OKRstudy™ reserves the right to terminate any OKRCT's accreditation due to poor feedback or other reasons.
